毕业论文 （20_ _届） 制造业供应链管理及优化研究 摘 要 在市场国际化和竞争不断加剧的背景下，企业面对的是一个变化迅速且难以预测的买方市场，而传统的生产与经营模式对市场剧变的响应越来越迟缓和被动。供应链管理思想强调整个供应链的效率和效益，注重企业之间的合作，使得供应链上的企业能够获得并保持持久的竞争优势，提高供应链的整体竞争能力。如何管理供应链系统，使之能有效的响应顾客的不确定需求，提高顾客的满意度，增强供应链的整体竞争优势，及如何分析和调整现有的供应链系统，使之能够提高经济效益和社会效益，是现代企业生存和发展的重要问题。 本文通过对浙江三洲燃气表公司供应链的现状分析，并研究如何优化现有供应链，从加强供应链企业间协作，建立先进供应链管理系统，实施供应链管理竞争战略等方面提出对策建议。 关键词：企业供应链；供应链优化；对策建议；三洲燃气表公司 Abstract In the market internationalization and under the background of increasing competition, the enterprise to face is a change quickly and hard to predict a buyers market, while the traditional production and operation mode of the response to market upheaval more slowly and passive. Supply chain management emphasize the whole supply chain efficiency and benefit, pay attention to the cooperation between enterprises, making the supply chain enterprise can obtain and maintain lasting competitive advantage and improve supply chain of whole competition ability. How to manage the supply chain system, can effective response to customers uncertain demand, improve customer satisfaction, enhance the overall competitive advantage, supply chain and how to analyze and adjust current supply chain system that will be able to improve the economic benefit and social benefit, is the modern enterprise survival and development of the important problem. This article through to zhejiang three state gas meter company supply chain, and studies the analysis the current situation of how to optimize the existing supply chain, from strengthening supply chain inter-organizational coordination, establishing advanced supply chain management systems and implementation supply chain management aspects of competitive strategy forward the countermeasures and proposals.
