毕业论文 （20_ _届） 台州天天电子有限公司库存管理现状、问题及对策研究 摘 要 在当今世界，差的库存管理不但不能为企业降低成本，带来收益，反而会增加企业的负担，使企业在市场竞争上处于劣势，阻碍企业的发展。而中国的中小型企业，规模比较小，在市场份额上也少，所以生产出来的产品价格通常也比较低，而且市场信息来源比较狭隘，通常导致中小企业对市场变化的预测不准确，导致库存量的堆积和不足；在生产过程中，浪费也比较严重。根据对我国众多制造业企业的库存管理情况所作的调查和参考有关资料，发现目前制造业企业在库存管理方面普遍存在着如下问题: (1) 不能及时获得库存信息。(2) 库存信息不够准确。(3) 无法及时了解发料和生产用料情况。国内的中小企业，特别是生产型企业，产品的销售价格低，生产成本比较高，所以相对的利润也较低，当市场在不产生变化的情况下，企业这种生产能给企业带来利润，一旦市场的需求变化了，可能会给国内中小企业带来毁灭性的灾难。 所以本文通过对库存管理的了解，并运用所学知识对企业进行分析研究，并在吸取前人研究成果的基础上，以天天电子有限公司的库存管理为例，通过访谈法、实地调查法等各种方法对台州彩灯行业库存管理模式进行调研，找出其优缺点，并运用VA（价值分析）、ABC分析法等各种分析方法，对该产业的库存管理模式提出自己的方案。 关键词：库存；库存管理；库存管理模式；彩灯行业； Abstract At now, poor inventory management model will not be able to reduce costs, generate revenue, but will increase the burden on businesses to compete in the market at a disadvantage and hinder the development of enterprises.
