毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波地区行业间工资差异实证研究 摘 要 进入21世纪，宁波经济高速发展着。但在经济快速发展的同时，宁波行业间的工资差异也在不断扩大。行业间工资差异的过分扩大是与我国构建社会主义和谐社会的目标相矛盾的，同时也阻碍了宁波经济的进一步发展。 本文利用相关数据资料，对行业间工资差异的状况进行实证分析，并提出相应的对策。本文首先对国内外关于行业工资差异的一般理论进行了简要阐述。其次以必威体育精装版的统计数据为基础，用静态分析的方法研究历年行业间工资差异水平的变化特征，紧接着用动态分析的方法研究各行业职工平均工资历年的变化趋势，得出近年来宁波地区最高工资行业和最低工资行业分别是金融业和采掘业，行业工资差异扩大受各行业平均工资增长率的影响，由于不同行业的平均工资增长率有高有低，采掘业的行业增长率7.42%而金融业的行业增长率达17.86%，使得行业之间的工资差异越拉越大。最后提出了一些缩小行业工资差异的政策建议。 关键词： Abstract Since Ningbo entered the 21th century,the economy has been developed rapidly. And the wage differentials among the industries has also been growing unceasingly at the same time. This inter-industry wage differentials has been expanding too much to achieve the goal of constructing a harmonious socialist society,and the excessive inter-industry wage differentials has also hindered the further development of Ningbo’ economy. Using the relevant data of industry,this paper positively analyzes the wage differentials among different industries,and suggests the corresponding countermeasures. Firstly,this paper briefly expounds the general theories on Inter-industry wage differentials.Secondly,on the base of the latest statistical data,it analyzes the changing properties of inter-industry wage differentials in different years to find the characteristics of its trend with the method of static analysis .
