摘要 本文是针对《中国在崛起》译文的一篇翻译述评。作者旨在运用目的论来指导 《中国在崛起》的翻译实践，并根据目的论的三规则（目的规则、连贯规则和忠实规 则），采用相应的翻译策略和方法来翻译原文。同时作者根据赖斯的文本类型学对原 文做了文本分析，得出原文为信息型文本。作者在翻译实践过程中运用适当的翻译方 法对原文进行翻译，最终达到了跨文化交际的目的。本文评述了作者在翻译实践中是 如何发现问题、分析问题，并最终解决问题的过程。作者主张在翻译过程中以直译为 主，意译为辅。作者通过举例对原文和译文进行了详尽的对比分析，并简析作者在翻 译过程中如何在目的论的指导下来采用的相应翻译策略和方法。 关键字：《中国在崛起》 目的论 文本类型学 ii Abstract This thesis is a study of the Chinese translation of China Counting. The author has translated the source text of China Counting under the direction of the skopos theory. According to the three rules of the theory (skopos rule, coherence rule and fidelity rule), the author uses relevant translation strategies and methods in translating the book. At the same time, according to Katharina Reisss text typology, the author analyses that the source text is an informative text. The author succeeds in achieving the purpose of cross-cultural communication through appropriate translation methods. In this thesis, the author reports the process of identifying, analyzing and solving problems in translating. The author uses literal translation as the major translation method, which is supplemented by free translation. Furthermore, comparisons are made between the source text and the target text and explanations are given about the selection of the translation strategies and methods in the light of skopos theory.
