签名：商伟 导师签名：叶剑平 日期：2008.5 摘 要 本论文研究了丽泽商务核心区功能定位。在描述国内外中央商务区建 设基础上，根据城市规划的相关理论，论文研究了丽泽区发展商务区的内 外部条件、功能定位、产业布局规划、开发中的问题及策略等方面的内容。 首先，论文介绍了国内外商务区的发展现状，对中央商务区的功能作了介 绍，并对丽泽发展商务区的内外部条件及评价作了阐述。接着，论文阐述 了丽泽商务区定位的效益评价。 第三，在上面研究的基础上，论文对丽泽区发展商务区的功能定位，从结 构、主体功能、支持功能、基础功能等方面做了详尽的研究。 最后，论文还对丽泽商务区开发中可能遇到的问题进行前瞻性的分析，保 证丽泽商务区顺利建设所需要采取的相关策略进行了研究，并提出了具体 的可操作方案。 本文在研究过程中采取理论与实践相结合的方式进行，对解决丽泽商务区 的发展规划有着重要的指导作用。 关键词：商务区；丽泽区；功能定位； 4 ABSTRACT This paper studies the Lize function of the core area of business.
