 n 电针对 Learned Helplessness 大鼠抑郁样行 为的影响 李炳1，刘琼2，杨柳1，岳娜1，俞瑾1，吴根诚1** 5 （1. 复旦大学上海医学院中西医结合系，上海 200032； 2. 复旦大学上海医学院解剖组胚系，上海 200032） 摘要： 目的 在 Learned helplessness 大鼠抑郁动物模型上观察电针对抑郁样行为的影响。方 法 通过不可逃避的足底电击复制 helpless 大鼠，分别给予“百会”穴和右侧“阳陵泉”穴 的电针以及腹腔注射氯丙咪嗪干预，通过穿梭箱实验、强迫游泳实验、高架十字迷宫实验和 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 敞箱实验观测大鼠的抑郁样行为变化情况。结果 电针组和氯丙咪嗪组大鼠的强迫游泳中的 挣扎时间、在高架十字迷宫中的开臂滞留时间百分比、敞箱实验中的直立次数和移动总位移 均显著高于模型组和假针组(p0.05)，仅有氯丙咪嗪组在穿梭箱检测中穿梭失败次数显著低 于模型组和假针组(p0.05)。结论 电针“百会”穴和右侧“阳陵泉”穴可改善 helpless 大鼠 的部分抑郁样行为。 关键词：抑郁，电针，行为 中图分类号：R749.05 Changes of behavior during Electro-acupuncture treatment of learned helplessness rats Li Bing1, Liu Qiong2, Yang Liu1, Yue Na1, Yu Jin1, Wu Gencheng1 (1. China) Abstract: Objective To study the antidepressant-like effect of EA and Clomipramine treatment with helpless rats. Methods The inescapable foot-shocks induced learned helpless rats and observing the change of behavior after treatment of EA and Clomipramine with shuttle box test, forced swimming test, open field test and elevated plus-maze test. Result After EA or Clomipramine treated, the struggling times of treated SD rats were significantly higher than the model rats in forced swimming test. And the rats treated with EA or Clomipramine, percent of time in open arm were significant higher than model rats’.
