 n 短期化疗对乳腺癌组织 UCH-L1 表达的影 响# 包芸1，王文娟1，李琼1，陈琦2，刘秀萍2，许祖德1,2，唐峰1** 5  摘要：目的 影响。方法 （1. 复旦大学附属华山医院病理科， 上海 200040； 2. 复旦大学上海医学院病理学系，上海 200032） 探讨乳腺癌患者术前短期化疗对肿瘤细胞 UCH-L1 以及 EGFR 和 P-gp 表达的 采用免疫组化（EnVision 法）检测 40 例乳腺浸润性导管癌患者，MFR 药物治 10 疗前后肿瘤细胞 UCH-L1、EGFR 和 P-gp 的表达。结果 免疫组化染色显示化疗后肿瘤细胞 UCH-L1 的表达较化疗前降低（P＜0.05），而 EGFR 的阳性率明显高于化疗前（P＜0.01）； 化疗后 P-gp 的阳性率也高于化疗前，但无统计学意义。三个标记结果与肿瘤体积缩小和淋 巴结转移均无明显相关性。结论 短期 MDR 药物化疗可以杀伤肿瘤细胞，也可表现出 UCH-L1、EGFR 和 P-gp 的变化，其机制可能在于化疗药物对肿瘤细胞选择性损伤所致，也 15 20 25 未诱发 CD147 等下游因子的表达。 关键词：乳腺癌；MDR 药物；泛素羧基末端水解酶 1；表皮生长因子受体；P-糖蛋白；免 疫组织化学 中图分类号：R365 The effect of short-term chemotherapy on the expression of UCH-L1 in breast carcinoma Bao Yun1, Wang Wenjuan1, Li Qiong1, Chen Qi2, Liu Xiuping2, Xu Zude1,2, Tang Feng1 (1. Department of Pathology, Shanghai Medical College, Fudan University, Shanghai 200032) Abstract: Objective To observe the effects of MDR drugs on the expression of UCH-L1, EGFR and P-gp in the breast carcinoma before and after short-term chemotherapy. Methods The expression of UCH-L1, EGFR and P-gp were assessed by immunohistochemistry (EnVision method) in 40 cases breast carcinoma before and after treatment by MDR drugs (paclitaxel and 30 epirubicin). Results The expression of EGFR was decreased after chemotherapy with MDR drugs(P0.05). Same as increased EGFR(P0.01), the expression of P-gp was also increased after chemotherapy, while the changes showed no statistical significance. Negative associations were revealed between UCH-L1, EGFR, and P-gp expression and volume reduce of tumor and LN metastasis. Conclusions Short-term chemotherapy can kill tumor cells and influence the 35 expression of UCH-L1, EGFR, and P-gp. While the involved mechanisms may be the selectivity damage of the MDR drugs on the tumor cells. And also, they are not lead to the expression of CD147 and other downstream factors that enough to cause the invasion of tumor cells. K
