 基于 Flotherm 的南极天文科考支撑平台的 热分析与仿真# * 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40  摘要:为南极冰穹 A(Dome Argus)天文观测站科考作支撑,2011 年 1 月 8 日我国自主研 制的第一代南极天文科考支撑平台顺利投入运行,为该观测站提供独立的电源、室内环境、 数据自动采集与无线传输等多项功能,成功克服了冰穹 A 极寒、低气压、缺氧等恶劣环境, 为我国在南极地区开展自动天文观测和其他科学研究提供了保障。由于第一代能源控制支撑 系统在结构设计、传热优化等方面仍不完善,需要进一步优化改进,为此本文以该系统的仪 器舱和发电舱进行热分析,利用 Flotherm 软件对舱内温度分布进行动态仿真模拟,得到的 结果与现场实际数据进行比较,表明仿真结果具有很高的可靠性。论文所做工作为研制更合 理的能源控制支撑系统,提供了理论支持。 关键词:热分析;Dome A;南极科考; Flotherm 中图分类号:TK3 Thermal Analysis and Simulation of Astronomical Expedition Supporting Platform in Antarctic Dome A Based on Flotherm ZHU Yan, SHEN Jiong, LIU Xichui (Key Laboratory of Energy Thermal Conversion and Control of Ministry of Education, School of Energy and Environment, Southeast University, NanJing 210096) Abstract: In order to support for astronomical observation station on Dome Argus, the first generation of Astronomical Expedition Supporting Platform, which was developed independently by our country, was put into operation successfully on January 8, 2011 in Antarctic. This platform supplies multiple functions for the observation station, such as dependent power source, indoor environment, automatic data acquisition and wireless transmission. It successfully overcomes severe environment like extremely cold, low pressure, oxygen-poor, and provided automatic astronomical observation and other scientific research for our country in astronomic region. However, weakness exists in the first generation system like structural design, heat transfer optimization. Therefore, thermal analysis of the capsule of the supporting platform was carried out in this article, a software called Flotherm was employed to dynamically simulate the internal temperature distribution of the capsule, obtaining temperature distribution data and comparing them with the real data to make clear that this simulation has high reliability.
