3DWC:实体模型、等效模型及其可视化# 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 45  摘要:交叉等效曲面板模型自提出后被诸多文献引用。但事实证明该模型有三个弱点:机织 结构的量化困难,导致原始数据的输入十分棘手,此其一;最终的交叉等效曲面板模型无法 直观显示,此其二;材料厚度与纤维体积含量无法预测,此其三。本文利用图形化数据输入 方法和经纱脉络表征法,使模型数据的输入直观化、形象化;同时,利用可视化技术,不仅 将曲面板模型以三维形式展现出来,而且允许进行人机交互操作。辅以实体模型,预测了材 料厚度,进而估测了纤维体积含量,并与实验做了对比,获得了较好的一致性。研究结果表 明,利用计算机模拟与可视化技术,可以将虚拟的模型在屏幕上进行三维显示,也可以将实 际的模型进行三维显示,并粗略地预测部分参数。 关键词:复合材料;纱态;经纱脉络;交叉等效曲面板模型;可视化 中图分类号:TB330.1 3DWC: Solid model, equivalent one and their visualization YANG Lianhe1, CHEN Li2, LI Jiang3 (1. Department of Educational Administration, Tianjin Polytechnic University, TianJin 300387) Abstract: After the equivalent cross-bend plate (ECBP) model was put forward, it has been cited by many literatures. But in fact there are three fatal weaknesses in the model. Firstly, it is hard to quantify the woven architecture, so that it is difficult to enter the original data. Secondly, the final ECBP model cannot be displayed on the screen intuitively, and it can only be imagined on the mind. In addition, the thickness of fabric and volume fraction of fiber cannot be predicted. With graphical data input approach and warp skeleton method, model’s data can be entered intuitively and iconically. In the meantime, with visualization technology, ECBP model can be displayed in 3D style and man-machine interacted operation is permitted. With solid model, the thickness of fabric is predicted, thus the volume fraction of fiber can be estimated. Both of them are compared with experimental data and the agreement is quite good. The result shows that with computer simulation and visualization technology, a virtual three-dimensional model can be displayed on the screen, so can a solid one, and part of the parameters can be predicted roughly.
