信息化技术在汽车衡、轨道衡计量中的应用 杨从立 （宁波钢铁有限公司设备部浙江 宁波 315807 ） 摘 要 由于企业信息化程度的不断提高，目前企业管理者越来越渴求实时掌控企业物资及产品的计量信息，以达 到更准确的决策和指导生产。为了满足管理者的需求，经过充分论证，提出了运用目前较先进的计算机、网络及数 据库等信息技术，以实现对汽车衡、轨道衡计量信息的实时监控，进而引出了企业计量系统的概念；本文阐述了该 系统的实际应用情况、网络结构、软硬件结构、软件功能、数据共享及安全策略等内容；同时，由于融入了信息化 技术，计量数据得到了共享，经过实际运行，证实了该系统在企业销售、物流及成本管理中起到了重要的作用。 关键词 计量系统;信息化;汽车衡;轨道衡;ERP 1Application of Information technology in truck scale and track scale YANG Cong-li (Equipment department of Ningbo iron steel Co.,Ltd, Ningbo Zhejiang 315807，China) Abstract: due to the continuous improvement of the enterprise informationization level, at present the enterprise managers more and more thirst for real-time control of materials and products enterprises measurement information, in order to achieve a more accurate decision-making and to direct production.
