镀锌板生产线圆盘剪控制系统的自动控制 刘树林 （鞍钢集团自动化有限公司，鞍山 114009 ） 摘 要 近年来随着钢铁工业的持续高速发展，高附加值钢产品成为大型钢铁企业主要产品也是市场主流产品。高 技术含量的自动化轧钢生产线大量建设，带动了国内电气自动化产业的发展，很多过去要全套引进的轧钢生产线已 经不再用从国外引进，国内工程师已经能够完成这些生产线的设计，编程调试工作。本文介绍了在大连鞍钢新轧— 蒂森克虏伯公司2 号镀锌线进行编程调试工作中，对出口段设备圆盘剪的控制系统设计编程调试工作。对圆盘剪控 制系统的电气设备组成和主要控制功能的实现方法以及安全连锁进行了详细讲解。1 关键词 圆盘剪 伺服控制器 步进电机 Automatic Control of Control System for Side Trimmer in Galvanized Plate Production Line Liu Shulin (Ansteel Group Automation Company, Anshan, 114009) Abstract With the continuous and high-speed development of iron and steel industry in recent years, the steel product with high additional value has become the main product of large-scale iron and steel enterprises and also the mainstream product in the market. A large number of automatic rolling production lines with high technology content have been built, which drives the development of domestic electrical automation industry. In the past, a great number of complete rolling production lines were needed to be imported. But now the situation has been changed. The domestic engineers have been able to complete the design, programming and commissioning work of the production line. This article introduces the programming and commissioning work of disc shear at exit section equipment in No.2 Galvanizing Line of Dalian ANSC— TKS Galvanizing Co., Ltd., It also deals with the following contents: the composition of electrical equipment in the constrol system of Side trimmer, the realizing method of the main control functions and safety interlock.
