内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书 PAGE PAGE 1 内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计说明书 题 目：呼伦贝尔山金矿2号矿安全设施设计 学生姓名：郝晓威 学 号：1072135226 专 业：安全工程 班 级：2010-2班 指导教师：刘进才 任玉辉 PAGE PAGE 49 TOC \o 1-3 \h \z \u 摘要 根据呼伦贝尔山金矿2号井的实际安全条件，结合现有的安全技术，对该铅锌矿进行了安全初步设计。设计针对该矿容易发生的火灾、水灾等灾害做出危险性分析，并根据矿井实际条件设计出相应的安全预防设施，减少事故的发生。设计针对矿井易发生的事故，设计出一套完整地安全系统，包括监控系统、人员定位系统、紧急避险系统等，其中每个系统从选型到安装布置都进行了详细说明，对各种灾害进行严密的监控，确保该矿安全高效的运行。 另外设计依据井田开拓方案，合理地设计了该矿的通风系统，计算出该矿井通风系统所需的风机以及其他通风设备。同时设计对矿井的特殊环境，结合安全规范、条例，提出保护从业人员健康的建议，最大限度减少职业危害对职工的伤害。最后对上述所有涉及安全的设施设备所需成本进行了概算，计算出每吨铅锌的安全成本。 关键词 铅锌矿 安全设施 安全成本 灾害 Abstract According to the hulunbuir gold mine no. 2 well actual safety conditions, combined with the existing security technology, security of the lead-zinc deposit preliminary design. Design about the mine fire, flood disasters such as prone to make risk analysis, and according to the actual conditions of mine design corresponding safety prevention facilities, reduce the happening of the accident. Design for coal mine accident, design a set of complete security system, including monitoring system, personnel positioning system, emergency actions, etc., each of these systems were carried out from the selection to the installation details, close monitoring of all kinds of disasters, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the mine. Another design on the basis of field development plan, reasonable design of the mine ventilation system, calculated the fan and other ventilation equipment for the mine ventilation system. Design of the special environment of mine at the same time, combined with the safety codes, regulations, suggest to protect personnel health, minimize occupational hazards to the worker. Finally, all of the above relating to the safety facilities has carried on the budgetary estimate of the cost, to calculate the cost of security per tons of lead and zinc.
