PAGE PAGE IV 硕士学位论文 PAGE 1 万方数据 A公司出口物流成本控制研究 摘要 物流产业是我国的支柱性产业，对促进生产、拉动消费、带动就业，调整市场结构等方面都有着重要作用。在全球经济持续下行，逆全球化暗流涌动，贸易保护主义抬头；国内经济增长日显乏力，制造业断崖式下跌，实体经济日益衰退的背景下，我国原本爆发式增长的物流产业竞争更为激烈。为实现降本增效、技术创新，优化物流成本控制对策是一个必然趋势。物流企业要想占据更多的市场份额，同时又保障企业自身利益，最好的选择是从企业自身物流管理成本控制方面出发，以物流成本控制为目标，在保证企业物流服务质量、特色的前提下，探索降低企业物流成本的新途径。本文结合A公司出口物流控制的实际情况，分析A公司出口物流控制存在的问题，然后把先进的物流成本控制的理念引入到物流行业内进行改善，针对存在的问题提出A公司出口物流控制对策。 关键词：制造业；物流成本；成本控制 Abstract The logistics industry is a pillar industry in China and plays an important role in promoting production, stimulating consumption, driving employment, and adjusting market structure. As the global economy continues to decline, anti-globalization is surging, trade protectionism is on the rise; domestic economic growth is weak, manufacturing is falling, and the real economy is declining. China’s explosive growth of the logistics industry is even more competitive. fierce. In order to achieve cost reduction, efficiency and technological innovation, it is an inevitable trend to optimize logistics cost control strategies. If logistics enterprises want to occupy more market share and protect their own interests, the best choice is to start from the perspective of enterprises own logistics management cost control, with the goal of logistics cost control, and the premise of ensuring the quality and characteristics of enterprise logistics services. Next, explore new ways to reduce the logistics costs of enterprises. This paper combines the actual situation of A companys export logistics control, and introduces the concept of advanced logistics cost control into the special logistics industry for improvement. In this way, not only can the logistics enterprises gradually improve the profit space, but also enable the internal management system to form a systematic and effective constraint mechanism, thereby strengthening the core competitiveness of the enterprise and making the enterprise in an invincible position in the fierce market competition.
