PAGE PAGE III 废旧家电逆向物流运作模式的研究 摘要 废旧家电具有双重属性，处理不好会造成环境的严重污染，处理得当可以给企业、社会带来巨大的资源效益、经济收益和生态效益。家电行业是一个特殊的行业，对整个国民经济和人民生活起着不可替代的作用。本文在阐述废旧家电产品逆向物流的基本理论基础上，对我国废旧家电逆向物流产生的原因、回收渠道及发展逆向物流的意义进行分析，本文提出了我国家电产品逆向物流发展过程中存在的一些问题，如家电产品逆向物流法律法规不完善、家电企业逆向物流意识淡薄等。针对我国家电企业逆向物流的特点，结合我国家电企业的实际情况，提出了相应的法律法规，加强管理，提高企业逆向物流意识等多方面对策。 关键词：废旧家电；逆向物流；回收体系 Research on Operating Mode of Reverse Logistics of Waste Household Appliances Abstract Waste household appliances have dual attributes, which can cause serious environmental pollution if not handled properly. Proper handling can bring huge resource benefits, economic benefits and ecological benefits to enterprises and society. Household appliances industry is a special industry, which plays an irreplaceable role in the national economy and peoples lives. With the development of logistics industry and household appliances industry, reverse logistics plays an increasingly important role in the logistics system of household appliances industry. Therefore, this paper takes household appliances enterprises as the main research object to study the development of reverse logistics of waste household appliances products in China. On the basis of expounding the basic theory of reverse logistics of waste household appliances, this paper analyses the causes of reverse logistics of waste household appliances in China, the channels of recovery and the significance of developing reverse logistics. This paper puts forward some problems existing in the development of reverse logistics of waste household appliances in China, such as the law of reverse logistics of household appliances. Imperfect laws and regulations, weak awareness of reverse logistics in household appliances enterprises, etc. In view of the characteristics of reverse logistics in domestic appliances enterprises and the actual situation of domestic appliances enterprises in China, this paper puts forward corresponding laws and regulations, strengthens management, and raises enterprisesaware
