武隆区农村电商助力乡村振兴策略研究.docVIP

重庆工程学院本科生毕业设计（论文） 摘要 PAGE I 摘 要 近年来，随着电子商务的普及和不断发展，“农村电子商务+乡村振兴”的助农模式越来越得到各地政府重视。党的十九大报告中提出了“乡村振兴”战略，为农村电商的发展创造了历史性机遇。今年的中央一号文件中多次提到乡村振兴，三农问题也一直是国家最为关心的问题。2月25日，国家乡村振兴局正式挂牌成立，将会开启全面推进乡村振兴的崭新时代，农村电商也将会迎来一个快速发展的时期。 农村电商发展与“乡村振兴”是紧密关联的两大三农战略，农村电商的发展会极大的助力乡村振兴。本文是基于国家推进乡村经济振兴和我国农村电商的发展视角，呈现武隆区农村电商助力乡村振兴的现状；分析原因得出问题；针对性的提出优化建议；以及对农村电商助力乡村振兴的启示和展望。 关键词：农村电商；乡村振兴；武隆区 重庆工程学院本科生毕业设计（论文） ABSTRACT PAGE II ABSTRACT In recent years, with the popularization and continuous development of e-commerce, rural e-commerce + Rural Revitalization model of helping agriculture has been paid more and more attention by local governments. The development of rural e-commerce and Rural Revitalization are closely related to the two strategies of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. The development of rural e-commerce will greatly help rural revitalization. Based on the perspective of promoting rural economic revitalization and rural e-commerce development in China, this paper presents the current situation of rural e-commerce helping Rural Revitalization in Wulong district; Analyze the reasons and find out the problems; Put forward the optimization suggestions; As well as the enlightenment and Prospect of rural e-commerce to help rural revitalization.
