华北地区护理人群原发性头痛的流行病学调查  摘要： 背景：头痛是最常见的神经系统疾病之一，据估计，全球每年约有15%的人口发生头痛。然而，关于头痛在中国华北地区护理人群中的流行情况，相关研究还较为有限。因此，本研究旨在对华北地区护理人群原发性头痛的流行情况进行调查。 方法：采用问卷调查法对5家医院的护士进行调查，共回收有效问卷350份，采用SPSS统计软件进行数据分析。 结果：华北地区护理人群原发性头痛的患病率为32.3%，其中以偏头痛最为常见，其次为紧张性头痛和颅内高压头痛。女性患者比男性患者更为普遍，且随着年龄的增长，患病率也逐渐升高。最近一年来，有近一半的患者头痛发作频率较高，影响生活和工作质量。常见的诱因包括压力、饮食、睡眠、气候、药物等。 结论：华北地区护理人群原发性头痛的患病率较高，以偏头痛最为常见。女性和年龄较大的人群患病率更高，常见的诱发因素包括生活和工作压力等。对于头痛患者，及早的诊断和治疗是十分重要的，可以提高患者的生活质量和工作效率。 关键词：原发性头痛，偏头痛，紧张性头痛，颅内高压头痛，护理人群，流行病学调查 Introduction： Headache is one of the most common neurological diseases, it is estimated that about 15% of the global population suffer from headache every year. However, there are still limited studies on the prevalence of headache among nursing professionals in the northern region of China. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the prevalence of primary headache among nursing professionals in the northern region of China. Methods： A questionnaire survey was conducted among nursing professionals from five hospitals, and 350 valid questionnaires were collected. Data analysis was performed using SPSS statistical software. Results： The prevalence of primary headache among nursing professionals in the northern region of China was 32.3%. Among them, migraine was the most common type of headache, followed by tension-type headache and intracranial hypertension headache. Female patients were more common than male patients, and the incidence rate increased with age. In the past year, nearly half of the patients had a high frequency of headache attacks, which had a significant impact on their quality of life and work efficiency. Common triggers include stress, diet, sleep, weather, and medication. Conclusion： The incidence of primary headache among nursing professionals in the northern region of China is relatively high, and migraine is the most common type.
