本科论文 摘 要 自改革开放以来我国实行的社会主义市场经济使得我国经济得到飞速的发展，同时 国有企业在我国飞速发展的经济中的作用日益突出，成为我国市场经济的重要支撑。党 的十九大对我国国有企业改革和经济发展提出了新的要求，为建设国际一流企业，我们 必须深化改革大力发展具有中国特色的社会主义市场经济。为检验改革是否真正取得成 效，总结我国混改的过程中的经验教训，对国企混改所取得的成果和效益的研究尤为重 要。因此，本文将以中国联通为研究对象，结合其改革方案对其改革绩效分析。本文通 过对其财务绩效进行具体的评价，找出中国联通混改过程中值得国企混改借鉴的地方， 为以后的国有企业混合所有制改革提供借鉴。 关键字： 国有企业，混合所有制，财务绩效，绩效评价 本科论文 Abstract Since reform and opening up, the socialist market economy has made our economy develop rapidly.At the same time, state- owned enterprises play an increasingly prominent role in Chinas rapid economic developmen t and become an important support for Chinas market economy.The 19th national congress of the communist party of China has put forward new requirements for the reform of state- owned enterprises and economic development.To build a world- class enterprise, we must deepen reform and vigorously develop a socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.In order to test whether the reform is truly effective, it is particularly important to summarize the experience and lessons in the process of the reform of state- owned enterprises to study the results and benefits of the reform.Therefore, this paper will tak e China Mobile as the research object and analyze its reform performance in combination with its reform plan.Through the specific evaluation of its financial performance, this paper finds out the places worthy of reference for the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises in the process of China Mobiles mixed reform, so as to provide reference for the future mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises.
