PAGE 26 北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文 1 中山保税物流中心发展研究 摘 要 进入21世纪后，经济全球化、贸易自由化都在不断的发展，随着发展的不断加深，国家制定了一系列的优惠经济政策，我国的各保税中心通过充分利用这些政策，加快了对外贸易的增长方式，完善了自身的服务体系。目前，中山保税物流中心面临较大挑战，它位于珠三角西岸，由于周边有东莞、深圳、佛山等多家保税物流中心，没有垄断优势，面临较为激烈的竞争，长期以来，经营状态不如深圳等竞争对手。因此，中山保税物流中心必须结合自身优势和特点，走差异化经营路线。本文通过对文献资料的收集整理和SWOT分析以及实证分析，总结出了中山保税物流中心在发展过程中所面临的各种问题，确定了中山保税物流中心以产业集群为基础，结合珠港澳一体化趋势，以跨境电商为机遇的发展战略，并提出发挥口岸优势、提升服务水平、加快业务拓展等发展对策。 关键词：中山保税物流中心；物流园区；SWOT分析 Research on the development of Zhongshan Bonded Logistics Center Abstract Having entered the 21st century, the development of economy globalization and trading liberalization are developing ceaselessly. With the deeper and deeper development, China has introduced a couple of well-being economic policies. Through making full use of these policies, Chinas bonded centers have accelerated the growth mode of foreign trade and improved their own service system. Nowadays, Zhongshan bonded logistics center is facing great challenges. It is located in the West Bank of the Pearl River Delta. As there are many bonded logistics centers around, such as Dongguan, Shenzhen, Foshan, etc., it has no monopoly advantage and faces more fierce competition. For a long time, its business status is not as good as that of competitors such as Shenzhen. Therefore, Zhongshan bonded logistics center must combine its own advantages and characteristics to take a differentiated management route. This following paper will reference articles that is related to SWOT analysis and empirical analysis, summarizing the problems encountered by Zhongshan bonded logistics center during the development period, confirmed the development strategy of Zhongshan bonded logistics center based on industrial cluster, combined with the integration trend of Zhuhai, Hong Kong and Macao, and taking cross-border e-commerce as the opportunity, and proposes the development strategy of bring port superiority into full play, enhancing service quality and accelerate Business development..
