中国OFDI和产业结构升级互动关系研究 摘 要 “十三五”中国家提出对经济结构调整，明确指出要构建产业新体系。在当今全球各国趋于一体的背景下，产业结构与国际资本流动之间关系紧密。因此，对外直接投资作为国际资本流动形式的其中一种，其增长会对投资国的产业结构优化升级产生重大影响。与此同时，改革开放政策和“一带一路”战略的发展深入，为中国OFDI的发展和产业结构升级带来了巨大的机遇。 在此背景下，本文首先分别分析了中国近十年的OFDI和产业结构升级发展现状，接着构建面板VAR模型，通过格兰杰因果关系检验和脉冲响应分析，对两者的互动关系进行实证研究。最后为促进中国OFDI的发展和产业结构的优化升级提供对策建议。 关键词：OFDI；产业结构升级；互动关系；计量模型；对策建议 Research on the interaction between Chinas OFDI and industrial structure upgrading Abstract It is said that countries should propose economic restructuring and build new industrial systems in the 13th Five-Year Plan. The country today being globally integrated, the industrial structure is closely linked to the international movement of capital. What’s more, outward foreign direct investment as a form of international capital flows Therefore, its growth brings a great influence on the optimization and modernization of the industrial structure of the investing country. At the same time, the deepening of reforms and open policies and the belt and road strategy have brought great opportunities for the development of OFDI and the modernization of Chinas industrial structure. In this context, this article first analyzes the current state of development and development of OFDI and industrial structures in China over the past decade, then build a panel VAR model, through Granger causality test and impulse response analysis, empirical research on the interaction between the two. Finally, in order to promote the development and optimization of the development and industrial structure of OFDI in China, we put forward measures and recommendations.
