PAGE IV 内容摘要 近年来，中国经济的快速发展，人们对质量生活的追求也随之提高，衣服的作用不仅在于遮羞保暖，更在于以高质量、个性化来展现个人形象和生活品质。随着服装款式的多样化，服装厂的成品仓库如何存放货品成为问题。面对日趋激烈的市场竞争，大多数服装企业将精力集中放在生产方面，忽视仓库管理，仓储管理系统落后。其实，仓储管理在企业发展中起着举足轻重的作用，减少仓储成本的支出、解决仓储管理的关键问题才能获得企业的最大利润。 本文通过对H服装厂的成品仓库布局和出入库作业流程分析，找到该仓库的瓶颈，优化了仓库布局。根据实际布局建立仿真模型并多次运行，找出该模型的关键问题是布局不合理，为减少工作人员行走路线，提高搬运效率，重新规划仓库布局，再次建立仿真模型，优化改进的仿真模型给该服装厂节约了仓库成本，减少了对仓库场地的使用，提高了设备利用率和人员作业效率。 关键词：成品仓库；仓库布局；Flexsim；仿真分析 Abstract In recent years, powered by the Chinese economic boom, peoples pursuit of quality life has also improved. The role of clothes is not only to hide shame and keep warm, but also to show personal image and quality of life by high quality and personality. With the diversification of clothing styles, how to store goods in the finished product warehouse of garment factory has become a problem. In the face of increasingly fierce market competition, most garment enterprises focus on production, neglect warehouse management, and the warehouse management system is backward. Actually，the storage management plays an important role in the development of enterprises. Only by reducing the cost of storage and solving the key problems of storage management can we get the maximum profits of enterprises. In this paper, through the analysis of H garment factorys finished product warehouse layout and warehousing operation flow, the bottleneck of the warehouse is found and the warehouse layout is optimized. According to the actual layout, the simulation model is established and run many times. The key problem of the model is found out that the layout is unreasonable. In order to reduce the walking route of the staff, improve the handling efficiency, re-plan the layout of the warehouse, establish the simulation model again, optimize the improved simulation model to save the warehouse cost, reduce the use of the warehouse site, and improve the utilization rate of the equipment and personnel operational efficiency.
