PAGE IV 内容摘要 21世纪以来，随着电商行业的快速发展，带动了许多新兴业务的发展，其中就包括冷冻冷藏业务的交易量的增加；消费者通过线上线下双渠道的便利模式，足不出户就可以购买到新鲜的水产、牛奶、水果蔬菜等需要在冷冻条件下贮藏运输的冷冻冷藏食品。但中小企业为了能保证食品质量在安全的条件下送达到消费者手中，需要依托冷链物流的运作，但由于自建冷链物流的成本巨大，中小型企业一般难以承受。所以可将自身的冷冻冷藏业务的贮藏运输交付给第三方冷链物流公司，既能让自身业务量增加，又能让食品的安全性得到保障。本文以顺德海鼎水产品加工有限公司为例，首先分析了该公司目前物流存在的问题，然后基于冷链物流的特点，系统地分析了冷链物流服务供应商的评价指标的评估与选择方法，详述了利用SPSSAU软件进行指标权重的确定步骤，综合利用权重和物流服务商的基础数据采用TOPSIS法给出了适合的冷链物流服务供应商的选择方案。 关键词：冷链物流；第三方冷链物流；冷冻冷藏业务；物流服务商选择 Abstract Since the 21st century, with the rapid development of e-commerce industry, it has led to the development of many new businesses, including the increase of trading volume of refrigeration business; consumers can buy fresh aquatic products, milk, fruits and vegetables and other frozen and refrigerated foods that need to be stored and transported under freezing conditions without leaving home through the online and offline two-channel convenient mode. However, in order to ensure the quality of food delivered to consumers under safe conditions, small and medium-sized enterprises need to rely on the operation of cold chain logistics. However, due to the huge cost of self built cold chain logistics, small and medium-sized enterprises are generally difficult to bear. Therefore, we can deliver the storage and transportation of our refrigeration business to the third-party cold chain logistics company, which can not only increase our business volume, but also ensure the safety of food.
