PAGE PAGE 18 内容摘要 近五年来，我国物流行业发展迅速，企业的数量增长迅猛，竞争更加激烈，企业通过传统物流服务来获取的利润占比不断降低。因此，物流增值服务是物流企业提高生存能力、企业竞争力、业务盈利能力的重要途径。 本论文以肇庆三榕港务有限公司为例，运用SWOT分析法对该公司的资源、能力等基本情况进行总结和研究的基础上，提出并探讨该公司在仓储和运输环节可拓展的物流增值服务。然后，为落实仓储和运输环节的增值服务而提出相应的保障措施，最后，本文对从增值服务选择到实施进行总结和展望。本论文的研究目的是为肇庆三榕港务有限公司未来增值服务的发展提供可行的建议。 关键词：增值服务；第三方物流；仓储和运输 Abstract In recent years, the number of logistics enterprises in China has been growing rapidly and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce. As a result, the profits of logistics enterprises obtained by relying on traditional logistics services have been continuously squeezed. Value-added logistics services are the only way for logistics enterprises to improve their viability, competitiveness and profitability. Taking zhaoqing sanrong port co., LTD as an example, this paper USES SWOT analysis method to summarize companys resources, capabilities and other basic conditions, and proposes and discusses the companys logistics value-added services that can be expanded in storage and transportation links. Then, in order to implement the value-added services in storage and transportation, the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward. Finally, this paper summarizes and the selection and value-added services. This program will provide guidance for the future value-added service development of zhaoqing sanrong port co, and provide a demonstration and reference for the extension of the business scope of the same type of domestic freight forwarding enterprises.
