PAGE 内容摘要 随着互联网物流产业的快速发展，物流产生的物品增多，仓库压力也随之增加。此次研究的主要问题是仓库的运作流畅性的问题，在面临众多物资压力情况下，仓库各部门是否能够流畅运作，为客户提供优质服务。本文从物流的仓库各个环节入手，将旧时的传统化仓库和当今的现代化仓库结合调查图表和各类文献进行对比分析，研究两者之间的转换经历了哪些变化过程。通过对仓库的运作过程的研究思考，深刻认识到物流本质上是一个服务行业，担任任何物流工作都应有优秀的物流服务意识。 本文以顺丰对于仓库方面的管理作为例子，在引用理论概念的同时，结合顺丰公司的现实模范例子，得出并分析两类仓库各自的优点和缺点，为之后自身更好的投入与物流工作，与物流工作的展望提供实际的研究价值。 关键词：顺丰快递 仓库出库 智慧物流 自动化管理 Abstract With the rapid development of the Internet, logistics is also rapidly popular in China. This study starts from the warehouse link of logistics, compares the old traditional warehouse with the modern warehouse, and studies the transformation process between the two. Through the research and Reflection on the operation process of the warehouse, we deeply realize that logistics is a service industry in essence，as a logistics staff should have excellent service consciousness. In the process of comparative analysis and research, this paper takes Shunfengs warehouse management as an example, combines the theoretical concept, analyzes the construction of two types of warehouses, logistics management mode and other aspects, obtains the advantages and disadvantages of the two types of warehouses, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current situation of warehouse development, Looking forward to the future development of warehouse and the prospect of providing better services for the people. Finally, through the prospect of warehouse development, it extends to the prospect of the follow-up study of this paper, that is, the future construction of logistics management professional courses.
