PAGE 30 基于财务分析法的商业银行融资策略研究 ——以江苏银行为例 摘要： 随着我国金融市场化程度的不断加深，以及国内外经济形势的愈加严峻，商业银行面临的市场风险越来越高。为提高银行风险承担能力，同时满足银监会提出的资本充足率等监管要求，商业银行必须找到合适的融资策略，做到资本结构最优化。本文以商业银行为研究主体，以江苏银行为例，通过深入剖析江苏银行融资渠道和融资布局，利用财务分析方法和MM理论得出的财务数据，将江苏银行与其他两家商业银行进行全方位、多层次对比，借以评价江苏银行的融资能力，并找出江苏银行融资策略的缺陷，再结合江苏银行实际情况，以资金成本议价能力等融资能力影响因素为手段，找到江苏银行融资的优化策略。同时以江苏银行为发散点，为其他商业银行的融资策略方针提供现实参考。 关键词： 商业银行 融资策略 财务分析 融资能力 Abstract： With the deepening of Chinas financial marketization and the increasingly severe economic situation at home and abroad, commercial banks are facing increasing market risks. In order to improve the banks risk-taking ability and meet the regulatory requirements such as the capital adequacy ratio proposed by the CBRC, commercial banks must find suitable financing strategies to optimize the capital structure. This paper takes commercial banks as the research subject, and takes Jiangsu Bank as an example. Through in-depth analysis of Jiangsu bank financing channels and financing layout, using financial analysis methods and financial data derived from MM theory, Jiangsu Bank and two other commercial banks will be comprehensive. Multi-level comparison, to evaluate the financing ability of Jiangsu Bank, and to identify the shortcomings of Jiangsu Banks financing strategy, and then combine the actual situation of Jiangsu Bank, with the financing cost bargaining power and other factors affecting the financing capacity as a means to find the optimization strategy of Jiangsu bank financing. At the same time, Jiangsu Bank is used as a divergence point to provide a realistic reference for the financing strategies of other commercial banks.
