At the same time, Chinas medical and health undertakings are gradually deepening reform. As an important part of it, pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises need to constantly improve their management level, especially financial work, which is related to the creation of economic benefits and normal operation of enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to actively strengthen internal control and prevent financial risks. Firstly, this paper introduces the related theory of enterprise financial risk. Then, according to the financial data of Dong-E E-Jiao Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Dong-E E-Jiao) in the past four years, the causes of financial risk are analyzed from four aspects: financing, investment, operation and income distribution. Finally, relatively reasonable financial risk prevention measures are put forward. It is hoped that it can help Dong-E E-Jiao to reduce the level of financi
