剖分式机械密封装置结构设计 摘要:随着我国经济社会的的进步和发展,工业机械的市场需求也在逐日的上涨。而剖分式机械旋转密封的装置它这个剖分式旋转机械密封装置的作用就是对于整个工业机械的安装和运转非常重要并且是不可缺少的重要零部件。这种剖分式的机械旋转密封在继承了传统的旋转机械密封的基础上在结构和工艺上有了一些的改进,使其在外观上具有了一种功耗小,泄漏率低的质地,密封性可靠,使用寿命长,提高了它进行安装和拆卸的工作效率等诸多优点。利用这次研究机会使我充分的了解到机械密封的具体原理，尤其是剖分式机械密封是如何实现密封作用的，同时基于上述理论进行了实验装置的设计，通过这个装置实现了对机械密封性能的测试，包括各种工作条件下的参数测试。最后通过实验结果显示：本文所设计的这套装置，测量精度更高、运行更稳、定位精度更为准确。 关键词：机械密封；剖分式；性能参数测量装置；高工况。 Structural design of split mechanical seal device Abstract: Mechanical seal device is an indispensable part of rotary device, and its normal operation is very important for the operation of the whole machine.
