失败情境下创业情绪对创业认知影响的案例研究 摘 要 在国家政策的支持之下，创业已然成为一种社会热潮。但是在“创业热”的背后，国家的政策支持与高创业失败率的现状却存在着种种矛盾。此前已经有不少学者基于创业者的创业认知层面，研究创业认知对创业绩效的影响，认为创业认知是企业家创业成功的重要因素。而聚焦于创业者的心理层面，从创业者创业情绪的角度出发，探讨创业情绪对创业认知影响的相关研究却略显匮乏。 因此，本文基于Mitchell提出的创业认知理论，将创业认知作为研究核心，围绕失败情境下创业情绪对创业认知的影响问题展开研究。基于对创业失败案例的分析，构建创业情绪对创业认知的影响关系模型，论证创业失败情境下创业情绪对创业认知的具体影响，最终得出以下结论：创业失败情境下的积极情绪促进创业认知的完善，消极情绪阻碍创业认知的发展，且创业情绪对创业认知的影响具体表现在创业认知的准备脚本、意愿脚本和能力脚本三个维度上。希望借助本文的研究结果，进一步完善创业情绪与创业认知领域的理论研究，并为今后创业道路上的创业者提供实践指导，帮助创业者在面临不确定的创业环境时，更好地通过发挥情绪的作用，调整并形成合理的创业认知。 关键词：创业失败；创业情绪；创业认知 Abstract With the support of national policies, entrepreneurship has become a social upsurge. However, behind the entrepreneurial craze, there are various contradictions between the national policy support and the current situation of high entrepreneurial failure rate. Before that, many scholars have studied the impact of entrepreneurial cognition on Entrepreneurial Performance Based on the entrepreneurial cognition of entrepreneurs. They believe that entrepreneurial cognition is an important factor for entrepreneurial success. However, focusing on the psychological level of entrepreneurs, from the perspective of entrepreneurs entrepreneurial mood, there is a lack of relevant research on the impact of entrepreneurial mood on entrepreneurial cognition. Therefore, based on Mitchells theory of entrepreneurial cognition, this paper focuses on the impact of entrepreneurial emotion on entrepreneurial cognition in the context of failure. Based on the analysis of entrepreneurial failure cases, this paper constructs a model of the relationship between entrepreneurial emotion and entrepreneurial cognition, demonstrates the specific impact of entrepreneurial emotion on entrepreneurial cognition in the context of entrepreneurial failure, and finally draws the following conclusions: the positive emotion in the context of entrepreneurial failure promotes the completion of entrepreneurial cognition, the negative emotion hinders the development of entrepreneurial co
