本科论文 本科论文 摘 要 配送中心的两个主要职能分别是分拣作业以及配送作业，但是配送作业并不是配送中心内部的作业，是配送中心外部的关联作业，那么配送中心最核心的作业工序就是分拣作业。不仅如此，分拣作业还是配送中心仓库耗费时间最长，需要人工作业时间最久的一项作业工序。则分拣区优化是提升一个配送中心运营能力的重要因素。 本文以百世供应链迎金仓的分拣区为研究对象，首先对百世供应链迎金仓仓库的作业流程、分拣作业管理及分拣作业能力的分析，找出百世供应链迎金仓分拣区的问题所在，对实际调研的分拣区作业的相关统计数据资料进行分析，找到百世供应链迎金仓分拣区的缺陷与不足，明确优化目标。之后再运用软件进行仿真，对迎金仓的分拣区进行仿真建模然后对结果进行分析。最后，针对问题，对分拣区的布局及拣货路径做出优化方案，根据仿真得出的结果再进行分析，就迎金仓的分拣区布局及拣选路径方面给出优化建议。为了让最终优化的结果能更好的表示出来，本文将会对比优化前后的模型数据做出系统分析。优化后的方案得出的运行的结果数据与先前布局模型的运行数据对比表明：百世供应链迎金仓的分拣区布局及路径的难题被妥善解决，会大幅度降低员工额外加班的成本费用，员工的拣货效率得以提升，整体上提高了迎金仓的分拣区作业效率。 关键词：分拣区；分拣区路径；布局；Flexsim；百世供应链迎金仓 Abstract Sorting and distribution are the main functions of the distribution center, but the distribution operation is actually performed outside the distribution center, so the sorting of goods has become the core process of the distribution center, and is the most time-consuming and Labor-intensive operations.
