本科论文 摘 要 随着时代经济的发展，人们对健康需求的增强，连锁企业竞争越来越激烈，尽管连锁药房开展的越来越多，所出现的问题也是显而易见的，对于涉及不到的领域，达不到客户的需求，对销售门店配送不及时、成本高等问题。对于连锁药房选址，配送线路优化、降低配送成本对连锁企业起着重要的作用。随着医保新政策的推行，国家对医疗健康行业的投入越来越重视，连锁药房的规模慢慢扩大和发展，药品种类随之不断增加。连锁药房才能得到竞争优势，开展连锁门店是必然的趋势。近几年，连锁企业竞争越来越激烈，为了获得竞争优势，企业需要开设连锁新门店、降低成本，及时满足消费者的需求，增加在消费者的视野以及提高服务水平，才可以在市场竞争中发展和生存。 本设计在研究过程中，对人流量，配送线路以及配送成本进行了分析，发现企业受到配送系统的运作与发展的影响，并且在路径中也没有系统的规划，导致企业的经营利益能力受到不小的影响。由此可知，对于企业配送系统的完善和科学的优化是至关重要的。根据连锁药房讨论了连锁药房的研究目的与现状，指出开设连锁新门店、降低成本是企业必然面临的问题；其次，对连锁药房的概念、特点以及优势做了简要分析，对选址选用方法进行了描述，介绍了重心法模型选址相关概论，重心法模型选址对于选址来说，较其他选址模型的约束条件比较小；着重介绍了节约里程法的原理和基本步骤，节约里程法优化配送线路以及降低了配送成本；对研究连锁药房企业的布局设计、成本费用分析和现有竞争对手进行了分析；接下来是对研究核心部分进行了介绍，运用精确重心法模型进行初步选址，在考虑成本的前提下，运用节约里程法对药房进行二次选址，优化后对备选地址进行对比分析，最终选出较优的门店。最后，根据重心法模型和节约里程法分析，为选址提供科学的依据。 关键词：连锁药房；选址；路线优化；重心法；节约里程法 Abstract With the development of the economy of the times, peoples demand for health is increasing, and the competition among chain stores is becoming more and more fierce.
