First?of?all,?by?consulting?the?relevant?literature?to?understand?the?current?situation?and?existing?problems?of?cold?chain?distribution,?this?paper?expounds?the?related?theories?of?cold?chain?logistics?and?distribution,?distribution?center,?and?related?VRP,and?analyzes?the?problems?existing?in?the?distribution?link?of?J?company,?collects?and?studies?the?distribution?data?of?J?company,?converts?inge-latitude-to-realistic?plane?coordinates?and?then?calculate?them,?then?uses?the?saving?odometer?method?to?solve?the?distribution?model?of?J?company.?Secondly,?through?the?comparison?of?distance,?cost?and?load?rate?before?and?after?optimization,?it?is?proved?that?the?algorithm?is?effective?in?solving?the?distribution?route?problem?of?J?Company.?Finally,?the?mileage?saving?algorithm?is?realized?by?using?MATLAB.?The results show that by using the mileage saving method to plan the vehicle path of company J, the investment of vehicles and personnel can be reduced, the driving distance can be shortened, and the customer can be provided with faster delivery service. The?design?of?this?paper?is?based on?practical?problems,?and?the?results?show?that?the?algorithm?has?strong?practical?value.?Reasonable?planning?path?for?small?and?medium-sized?enterprises?can?effectively?shorten?the?distance,?reduce costs,?and?be?more?competitive?in?the?same?field.?It?can?provide?experience?for?the?choice?of?post-menstrual?path.
