摘 要 中国造船业起步于二十世纪七十年代，目前中国造船业建造技术在国际上已经具有一定的竞争 优势，具备了自主开发能力。但是由于我国造船业发展起步较晚，工艺技术、造船质量、建造周期 以及在项目管理上与世界造船强国存在较大差距，导致在船舶建造过程中浪费了大量人力、物力及 时间，从而使得利润空间大幅下降。因此本文通过对青岛北船重工32.5 万吨矿砂船建造阶段项目进 度管理进行研究，从而降低造船成本和提高造船质量等方面来提高我国造船业的优势。 本文以青岛北船重工32.5 万吨矿砂船建造项目进度管理为研究问题，针对该项目进度管理现状 以及存在的问题进行分析，并结合相关文献，根据动态控制理论、系统理论、信息反馈理论、关键 路径法等，总结出该32.5 万吨矿砂船项目进度管理存在的主要问题为：计划编制不科学、进度控制 不到位。并提出相应的解决方案，具体包括加强项目组织管理、建立有效的劳力资源配置、与船东 船检建立良性的沟通机制、加强物资设备管理四项优化改进建议。 通过计划编制和进度控制在32.5 万吨矿砂船项目上的优化改进，体现出了优化策略在该项目进 度管理上的有效性，为青岛北船重工后续船舶在项目进度管理上提供了一定的借鉴和指导意义。 关键字：矿沙船；项目进度管理；关键路径法；动态控制理论 I Abstract Chinas shipbuilding industry started in the 1970s. At present, the construction technology of Chinas shipbuilding industry has a certain competitive advantage in the world and has the capability of independent development. However, due to the late development of Chinas shipbuilding industry, there is a big gap between China and the worlds leading shipbuilding countries in terms of technology, shipbuilding quality, construction cycle and project management. As a result, a large amount of manpower, material resources and time are wasted in the shipbuilding process, resulting in a sharp decline in profit margins.
