内容提要本文主要是通过对建国后我国农村土地使用制度的五次演变的 内容提要 本文主要是通过对建国后我国农村土地使用制度的五次演变的 介绍和分析，尤其是对家庭联产承包制下的农村土地使用制度的进行 了分析和评价，在此基础上指出我国目前的农村土地使用制度缺陷和 不足，并对农村土地使用制度的构建和完善提出建议。全文可分为如 下三个部分： 第一部分：关于我国建国后农村土地使用制度的四次演变评述 (1949至1978)，对各个时期的农村土地使用制度的确立过程进行了 介绍，并就制度本身的加以评析。 第二部分：关于家庭联产承包责任制下的我国农村土地使用制度 的评述(1978至今)，介绍__r家庭联产承包责任制的确立发展过程， 对其进行相应的法律分析并指出其中的缺陷，以及对我国目前农村土 地使用制度的现状和存在问题介绍和分析。 第三部分：回顾和反思我国建国后农村土地使用制度的演变过 程，对各个阶段的农村士地使用制度进行评价分析，总结其中的经验 教训，在此基础上提出构建和完善我国农村土地使用制度的建议。 关键词：所有权 使用权 承包 AbstractThe Abstract The thesis focuses upon the changes of rural land—use system of China from 1949．Though statement and analysis five changes of rural land·use system of China from 1949，especially the ruraI land—use system under contract system with remuneration linked to output,the defects of current rural land-use systems have been pointed out in the thesis．And the basis of the aforesaid statement and analysis，the relevant advices in respect of establishment and perfection of rural land—use system of China given．The thesis shall be divided into three sections follows： Section one：the section is related with statement and analysis of 4 changes of rural land—use system of China from 1949 to 1978．Establishment processes of rural land—use systems of all periods have been stated and the relevant systems have been analyzed； Section two：the section i8 related statement and analysis of especially the ruralland—use system under contract system witll remuneration linked to output from 1978 to nOW．Establishment of the system is stated and the system has boost the development of rural economic of China．The legal research regarding the system is conducted，and based which，defects have been pointed out．And in addition to，the relevant problems of the current rural land．use system of China have been pointed out and analyzed and the relevant advices have been given；and Section three：the section reviews the change process of the rural land-use system of China from 1949，and conducts analysis rural land-use systems of all phrase
