We optimized the fabrication parameters and studied the mfluence on photoV01taic perfomlance of CH3NH3Pbl3 thin films. First,we prepared CH3NH3Pbl3 film by two-step sequential deposition method, then锄lnealed the film at 75℃for 3 Omin.This p印er studied the访fluence of fabrication parameters on photoVoltaic performance.The thin film is in agreement with the tragonal peroVskite stmctured CH3NH3Pbl3 c巧stals m this paper.We reported that no Pbl2 residue,high c巧stallinity CH3NH3Pbl3 thin films can be deposited by a two-step sequential deposition method inV01Ving dipping访a solution of CH3NH3I followed immediately by a11nealing at 75℃.Ⅵmen the s01ution temperature is 20,40,60 and 80℃,the optical band gap is 1.473,1.5,1.469 and 1.447 eV’respectiVely,which meet the best abso叩tion range of s01ar 1.45·1.5 eV.The abso叩tion coe所cients of the films were aboVe 4半1 04 cm‘1 in the temperature of the dipping solution at 40℃.MoreoVer,the quality of CH3NH3Pbl3 thin films can 万方数据 内蒙古大学硕士学位论文remarkably 内蒙古大学硕士学位论文 remarkably be promoted by improVing the c叫stallinity of Pbl2 film,which is attributed to adding additiVes of chlorobenzene or isopropyl alcoh01. 7ro mnher optimize the perfomlance of CH3NH3Pbl3 tmn films,we pre.spin. coat CH3NH3I film between mesoporous Ti02 layer and Pbl2 f11m and analyze the efI’ects on their properties.The results show that the pre-spin—coating CH3NH3I film ensures no Pbl2 phase,and the surface
