河北工业大学硕士学位论文 河北工业大学硕士学位论文 工程项目风险集成化管理的研究 摘 要 随着我国现代化进程的加快，我国工程项目的建设日趋增多，并且项目的投资越来越 大，项目的建设规模越来越复杂，自然对于我们的工作要求是越来越高。因为工程的投资 和规模等的增加，势必会增加项目中的各种风险因素，就会对项目的风险管理产生巨大的 挑战，也就会对项目的完成产生很大的阻碍。但是，我国现在还是只是应用一般的风险管 理对项目不确定性的因素进行处理，只是从单一的某一个角度去分析考虑问题。本文从集 成化的角度，去对工程项目风险管理进行分析研究。 在本论文中，会将集成的管理应用到项目风险管理当中，这样是为了能全面整体的考 虑问题。本文的主要内容包括：介绍风险管理的相关的理论知识，进而提出风险集成管理 的观点，再进行相关的介绍；总结前人对风险管理各方面所进行的集成，进而明确单一的 一方面的集成是不完善的；将工程项目中的风险进行分类，对集成化的研究进行铺垫，明 确进行集成化管理是非常必要的；从项目寿命期、过程和方法三个维度，对工程项目进行 风险集成化的研究，提出一个整体的模型；将得出的结论应用到一个工程项目的例子中。 关键词：风险管理，风险集成管理，项目全寿命期，风险管理过程 i 工程项目风险集成化管理的研究 工程项目风险集成化管理的研究 STUDY ON INTEGRATED RISK MANAGEMENT PROJECT ABSTRACT With the accelerated process of Chineses modernization,construction of the project the growing number,and increasing investment in the project,increasingly complex projects in scale,natural requirement for our work is getting higher and higher. Because the scale of the project investment and the increase in,with increase the project risk factors, risk management of the project will be a tremendous challenge, completion of the project also will have a huge obstacle.However, Chinese is a general application of risk management of the project dealing with the factors of uncertainty, only from one single point of view to consider the issue of. From the perspective of integrated, on project risk management analysis.
