P27、Cyclin D1在鲍温病及皮肤鳞癌中的表达及意义 1.内江市第一人民医院皮肤科四川内江641000； 2.泸州医学院附属医院皮肤 科四川泸州646000 】目的：探讨P27和Cyclin D1在鲍温病及皮肤鱗癌中发生发展中的表 达及意义。方法：用免疫组化SP法检测P27和Cyclin D1在36例皮肤鳞癌、20 例鲍温病和25例正常皮肤组织中的表达。结果：1.P27在鲍温氏病和皮肤鳞癌的 阳性的表达率较对照组低(Plt;0. 05)，与肿瘤的分级相关(Plt;0. 05)； 2.Cyclin D1在皮肤鳞癌、鲍温氏病中的阳性表达率较对照组高(Plt;0. 05)，与肿瘤的 分级相关(Plt;0. 05)； 3.P27和Cyclin D1在鲍温病及皮肤鳞癌中表达呈负相关。 结论：1.P27异常低表达和Cyclin D1异常高表达可能与鲍温病及皮肤鱗癌的发病 有关；2.P27和Cyclin D1在鲍温病及皮肤鳞癌两两相关性反应了抑癌基因与癌基 因互相协调、互相促进的关系。 关键词】P27; Cyclin D1 (周期蛋白D1);鲍温病；皮肤鳞癌；免疫组织化学 Abstract】 objective： To investigate the expression and significance of P27 and Cyclin DI occurs in Bowen’s disease and the development of skin squamous cell carcinoma.Methods： In 36 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 20 cases of Bowens disease and 25 cases of normal skin tissue by immunohistochemistry SP method P27 and Cyclin DI.Results： 1.P27 positive expression rate in Bowens disease and squamous cell carcinoma of the lower (P lt;0.05) in the control group, associated with tumor grade(P lt;0.05)； 2.Cyclin DI in skin squamous cell carcinoma，Bowens disease，the positive expression rate higher in the control group (P lt;0.05), associated with tumor grade (P lt;0.05)； 3.P27 and Cyclin DI in Bowens disease and squamous cell skin expression was negatively correlated.Condusion: 1.P27 abnormally low expression of abnormally high expression of Cyclin DI may be associated with the onset of Bowens disease and squamous cell carcinoma of the skin related； .2 P27 and Cyclin DI Bowens disease and squamous cell skin reactions pairwise correlation with cancer in the tumor suppressor gene gene co-ordination, the relationship mutually reinforcing.
