A Abstract 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 The main purpose of this paper is to design a multi-functional casters roll gap measuring instrument with independent intellectual property rights.The DSP chip(TMS320F28335) is used as the core processor of roll gap messurement system in this design,and the design of peripheral hardware circuit is based on this chip. Software design is completed on uC/OS-II RTOS platform,and use PC software to analyze and illustrate the mensurement data.the achievement of data trasmission depends on wirless mode.The design of entire system implements to measure the physical parameters of the continuous casting machine.the value of roll gap,angle,roll rotation and spray would be collected by the sensors,these data will be stored in internal memory after initial processing and sent to PC software according to the received instruction. Then the data should be processed again and displayed with chart in PC software.The maintenance personnel in accordance with the final displaying results determine the current condition of the tested caster. This paper introduces the measuring principle of various physical parameters of caster and the design of entire system hardware and software.Hardware design is based on a DSP processor,both internal and external ADC is used for the analog to digital conversion unit,equipped with circuit module of signal conditioning,level conversion,display,conmmunication,power supply and so on.These modules together to form the hardware platform of the roll gap measuring instrument.To analyze the circuit functions of these harware modules,and to verify the feasibility of the hardware circuit.In order to improve the performance of the system software,the work of uC/OS-II operating system transportation will be completed in CCS develoment environment,using multi-task processing function to realize software design and testing achievement of the software fuctions.It is necessary to test the entire system functions combined hardware and
