经耳前、耳后注射地塞米松及庆大霉素治疗梅尼埃病的临床效果对比 　　[摘要]目的 探讨梅尼埃病经耳前耳后注射地塞米松及庆大霉素的临床治疗效果。方法 选取2015年1月～2017年1月我院收治的90例梅尼埃病患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组，每组各45例。两组患者均使用地塞米松及庆大霉素治疗，对照组患者给予耳前注射方式，研究组患者给予耳后注射方式。比较两组患者的听功能、前庭功能及活动能力改善效果。结果 研究组患者的听功能改善率（33.33%）、眩晕控制率（77.78%）、活动能力改善率（80.00%）明显高于对照组（13.33%，57.78%，60.00%），差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 相较于经耳前注射地塞米松及庆大霉素治疗梅尼埃病，耳后用药在改善患者听功能、前庭功能及活动能力上的效果更为明显。 　　[关键词]梅尼埃病；地塞米松；庆大霉素；耳前；耳后；听功能；前庭功能；活动能力 　　[中图分类号] R764.33 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）2（b）-0129-03 　　Comparison of clinical effect of preauricular and postauricular injection of Dexamethasone and Gentamicin in the treatment of Menieres disease 　　LING Yong-wei 　　Department of Otolaryngology，Head and Neck Surgery，the First People′s Hospital of Nankang District，Jiangxi Province，Ganzhou 341400，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical effect of preauricular and postauricular injection of Dexamethasone and Gentamicin in the treatment of Meniere′s disease.Methods Altogether 90 patients with Meniere′s disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as subjects and divided into research group and control group according to the random number table method.Patients in both groups were treated with Dexamethasone and Gentamicin，and the control group was treated with preauricular injection，and the group was treated with postauricular injection.The improvement effects in auditory function，vestibular function and movement ability were compared between two groups of patients.Results The hearing function improvement rate （33.33%），the vertigo control rate （77.78%） and the activity ability improvement rate （80.00%） in patients of research group were significantly higher than those of the control group （13.33%，57.78%，13.33%），the differences were statistical significance （P0.05）.Conclusion Compared with preauricular injection of Dexamethasone and Gentamicin in the treatment of Meniere′s disease，postauricular medication achieves more obvious effects in improv
