如何提高内科学专业研究生科研创新能力 　　[摘要] 医学研究作为生命科学可持续发展的前提，伴随着社会的不断进步，其越来越引起人们的广泛关注。而为了更好地满足现代社会日益发展的需求，重视专业医学人才培养显得尤为重要，有助于社会科学选择并应用各类型医学专业人才，促进国际交流。目前，在临床上，针对医学硕士研究生分类而言，主要包括专业型、科学型，而我国多数医院主要以医疗工作为根本任务，由于专业学位式研究生以实际技能及工作能力培训为侧重点，重视临床实用型人才培养，而备受青睐。但科研型研究生较少医院接收，故科研型研究生培养需引起足够重视。本文主要立足于目前医学硕士研究生培养现状，从内科学角度出发，详细分析科研型硕士研究生的培养问题，旨在提高其学术理论层次、研究能力、实验能力及实际工作能力，促进生命科学可持续发展。 　　[关键词] 内科学；专业研究生；科研能力；创新能力 　　[中图分类号] G643 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）15-54-04 　　[Abstract] Medical research has been pay attention more and more as the premise of sustainable development in life science， along with the constant progress of society. In order to better satisfy the requirement of increasing development in modern society， to pay attention to the training of professional medical talents， which was much important， was helpful to select and apply social science on each type of medical professional talents， could promote the international exchange. At present， the classification of medical postgraduates on clinical was mainly includes professional type and scientific type， while the basic task of most hospital in our country was medical work. To pay attention to the training of clinical practical talents has been favored， because of the emphasis points of practicing skill and work ability training on professional type postgraduates. But scientific type postgraduates， who were lesser received by hospital， could be paid more attention on the training.
