孕期46例合并糖尿病肺结核X线表现研究 　　[摘要] 目的 分析和孕期合并糖尿病肺结核的X线表现。方法 将2015年6月―2017年3月在该院进行诊治的46例肺结核患者（均伴有糖尿病）定为观察组，并将同期的46例单一性肺结核患者划定为对照组，对于观察组在考虑其血糖具体状况后，还选择了降糖药物，然后进行X线检查。结果 在观察组内，病灶实际累积范围超出1个肺叶者37例，在总数中占比为80.43%，明显高于对照组。观察组总有效率为86.96% ，明显高于对照组，两组总有效率对比差异有统计学意义。 结论 孕期伴有糖尿病的全部肺结核患者，从其X线中不但可看到其支气管播散率、以及多发与单发空洞数量比单一肺结核要更高，而且结节状影还有块状与大片状影的范围也更大，取得的实际疗效亦远远差于单一肺结核患者，需对这类患者给予较高的关注。 　　[关键词] 孕期；糖尿病；结核病；X线检查 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）11（a）-0029-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the X ray manifestations of diabetic pulmonary tuberculosis during pregnancy. Methods 46 cases with diabetic pulmonary tuberculosis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the observation group， 46 cases of patients with single pulmonary tuberculosis admitted and treated at the same period were selected as the control group， and the observation group were for X ray examination after considering the specific conditions of blood glucose and selecting the hypoglycemic drugs. Results In the observation group， there were 37 cases whose practical accumulated range of lesions was more than 1 lobi pulmonis， accounting for 80.43% in total， which were obviously higher than that in the control group， and the total effective rate in the observation group was 86.96%， which was obviously higher than that in the control group， and the difference in the total effective rate between the two groups was obvious， with statistical significance. Conclusion The bronchogenic dissemination rate， multiple and single cavity numbers showed on X ray of all patients with diabetes during pregnancy are higher than those of patients with single pulmonary tuberculosis， and the ranges of nodular shadow， and massive and sheet shadows are bigger， and the practical curative effect is much lower than that of patients with single pulmonary tuberculosis， and we should pay attention to these patients. 　　[Key words] Pregnancy； Diabetes； Pulmonary tuberculosis； X ray examination 　　?临床
