Methods Managed the accidental decannulation risk and satisfaction of patients of patients with tracheal intubation by PDCA cycle management. Results After implementation of the PDCA cycle management， the unscheduled decannulation rate of tracheal intubation patients fell to 1.78%from 4.31% the satisfaction of patients increased from 67.26% to 90.94% by implementation of the PDCA cycle management.
