综合疗法治疗寻常痤疮临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的 通过观察多功能光子治疗机、中药倒模、内服西药综合治疗与单纯方法治疗的临床研究对比，对综合疗法治疗痤疮进行研究。方法 将寻常性痤疮患者210例按性别、皮损状况、年龄等随机分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组。其中Ⅰ组60例(综合疗法)，Ⅱ组53例(多功能光子治疗机)，Ⅲ组55例(中药倒模)，Ⅳ组42例(口服西药)。结果 4组寻常痤疮患者中，Ⅰ组患者比Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的患者的疗效有显著性差异，而后Ⅲ组患者的疗效并无显著性差异。结论 综合疗法其疗效显著、安全、且易予掌握,值得广泛推广。? 　　【关键词】 　　综合疗法;寻常痤疮 　　?? 　　 　　The Clinical research of comprehensive therapy treatment of acne 　　 　　ZHOU Dong-ji.Department of Dermatological,The Central Hospital of Kaiping city of Guangdong Province,Guangdong 529300,China 　　? 　　 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective 　　To observe the electricion therapy, traditional Chinese medicine, oral medicine efficacy of combination therapy and simple method for the treatment of clinical medical research on contrast, and research acne treated by comprehensive therapy. Methods 210 cases of patients of acne patients by gender, skin condition, age，were randomly divided into four groups: the group one of 60 patients (traditional Chinese medicine overmolded with electricion therapy and oral administration of Western medicine in spray), the group two of 53 patients (electric ion therapy spray), the group three of 55 patients (Chinese traditional medicine overmolded),the group four of 42 cases (internal medicine).Results The four groups of patients with acne, acne patients in one group was more effectively than second group,the third group and the forth group in the patients with acne obviously, and then among three groups of acne patients had not significant differences.
