AbstractObjective:ProvidinganatomicalbasisfortheYaoshuAcupointAnesthesiathroughresearchtoAppliedAnatomyofYaoshuAcupoint.EvaluatedthefeasibilityandClinicalvalueofUltrasoundasaGuidingToolforYaoshuAcupointAnesthesiathroughcomparison,expectingtoexploreanewassistedpositioningmethodsforit.Methods:Partone:Select10integralsacrococcygealcadaversofadult(male:7,female:3)anddissecttheleveltothepathofYaoshuAcupointAnes-thesia,observe,recordandanalyzethelocalhierarchy,internalcompositionandvariabilityofYaoshuAcupoint.Parttwo:Select60casesoftheanorectaldiseasemetingtheinclusioncriteria,dividedrandomlyintotheUltrasound-guidedpuncturegroup(hereinafterreferredtoasthetestgroup)andtraditionalblindpuncturegroup(hereinafterreferredtoasthecontrolgroup),30casesintestgroupand30casesincontrolgroup.Ultrasoundisusedtopositionandreal-timeguidedtheneedleintoYaoshuAcupointinthetestgroup,thecontrolgroup,wetakeadvantageofthelandmarksandthelossofresistancetolocatetheYaoshuAcupoint.Observethedifferencesofpreparationtimebeforepuncture,puncturetime,numberofpunctureattempt,successrateofdisposablepuncture,narcoticeffects,adversereactions,andPostoperativeUroschesis,cometoaconclusionbyrecordingdataandanalyzingbystatistics.Results:Partone:Thereisalayeroftranslucentandshinyconnectivetissuemembraneclosestothethickandtoughsacrococcygealligamentthroughthatwecanseeyellowadiposeconnectivetissue.Sacrococcygealnerve（S5，coccygealnerve）,filumterminale，andalargenumberofvenousplexusarewrapppedthefroutwallpartofadiposeconnectivetissue.Adiposeconnectivetissueistightlyconnectedtogetherandfixedtotheanteriorwallofsacralhiatusbylargeamountsoffiberbundlesincludedit.AbonybulgeontheanteriorwallofsacralhiatusisfindedinamalespecimensandmakeSacrococcygealnerve,filumterminaleoutoftherenormalposition.Parttwo:Inthetestgroup,clearultrasoundimagesforYaoshuAcupointcanbegetandwecanpuctureunderthereal-timeguidanceofUltrasound.Itisnosignificantdifferencebetweenthetwogroupsthatpuncturetime,narcoticeffects,andPostoperativeUroschesis（P0.05）.T
