AbstractWiththedevelopmentofthenationaleconomy,thesizeofthepowersystemgenerationisinrapidgrowthandthegridstructureismuchmorecomplexity.Becauseofthedevelopmentofelectricitynetwork,theexpansionoftheelectricity,thegrowthofrenewableenergy,thepowergrid’ssafeandeconomicoperationhavefacedgreatchallenges,soweintroducetheenergystoragesystemsintothegeneration,transmissionandpowerdistributionlinks,tosmooththeoutputofintermittentenergyandloadfluctuations,cutthepeakandvalley,increasingtheparallelingcapacityofintermittentenergy,improvethepowerqualityandsecurity.Theapplicationofenergystoragesystemsisainevitabletrendofpowersystemsinthefuture.AndtheOptimalallocationofenergystoragehasgreattheoreticalandpracticalsignificanceduetothehighcostofenergystoragenow.Firstly,thispapersummarizestheoperatingandeconomiccharacteristicsofenergystoragesystems,andthenanalysisfromtheperspectiveofdemandsideenergystorageimprovingthegridstaticsecurity,establishthestaticsecurityassessmentmodelbasedontheloadrateequalization—loadrateginicoefficientandstandarddeviation.Throughasetofprograms,analysistheinfluenceofenergystoragecapacityonoverloadingseverity,networkpowerflowequalizationandtheminimaleconomicload-sheddingloss.Inordertomaximizethevalueofenergystoragecapacityandimprovethenetworkpowerflowdistribution,thispapergivesaneasyandquickmethodofenergystoragenodes’allocationbasedonthepowerflowtrackingmodel.Basedonthestoragenodes’configurationprogram,analysisthegridbalancecharacteristicscontainingenergystorage,andestablishaminimumstorageconfigurationmodelbasedontheloadratebalancefromthetechnicalaspects.Attheendofthispaper,analysistheinfluenceofenergystoragecapacityonminimumloadsheddingloss,establishaoptimalmodelofenergystoragecapacityconsideringtheenergystorageoperatingcostsfromtheeconomicaspects.Keywords:EnergyStorageSystem;LoadRateEqualization;MinimalEconomicLoad-sheddingLoss;StaticSecurityAnalysis;OptimalAllocation目录摘要...........................................................................................
