ABSTRACTThesmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesarethebackboneofnationaleconomicdevelopment,andinvestmentinresearchanddevelopmentisthedrivingforceforthedevelopmentofsmallandmediumenterprises.Thecorecompetitivenessofenterprisesisthecorrectdevelopmentstrategyoftheenterpriseinorderforobtainingthelastingsounddevelopment.However,smallandmedium-sizedenterprisesinourcountryexisttheproblemsthattheyareinsufficientattentionaboutRDinvestment,lessinputorlowfundsutilizationefficiency.Theseproblemsseriouslyhinderedthehealthydevelopmentofenterprises.Exceptfortheconcept,themainreasonforthisphenomenonisduetomostsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesfacingfinancingdifficultproblem.Asweallknown,becauseoftheexistenceofcapitalcostdifferencesandimperfectmarkets,thesmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesareverydifficulttoobtainfundsatlowcostfordevelopment.Finally,moreandmoreenterpriseschooseinternalfunds.However,afirm’sinternalcapitalislimited,andfinancingconstraintshavebecomethemainproblemsoftheenterprisesRDinvestment.Inthefinancingconstraints,thesesmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesprefertodevelopbyimitatingthepriormodel,butnotchoosetheindependentresearchanddevelopmentmode.SothefinancingproblemisoneofthemainfactorsaffectingtheactivityofRDinsmallandmediumsizedenterprises.Inthispaper,takingalargenumberofsampleenterprises,weanalyzethefinancingproblemofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesandRDinvestmentandfinancingconstraints.Inthispaperbasedontherelatedtheories,theSMEboardlistedcompaniesfrom2010to2012astheresearchobject,therearetwomainlyaspects:oneinthesmallandmedium-sizedenterpriseRDinvestmentisaffectedbythefinancingconstraintsdegree,andtheotheristheinvestmentcharacteristicsofsmallandmediumsizedenterprises’RDinvestmentunderdifferentdegreeoffinancingconstraints.KEYWORDS:Smallandmedium-sizedenterpriseFinancingconstraintsRDactivityResearchanddevelopmentexpenditure目录摘要IABSTRACTII目录III1绪论11.1研究背景及意义11.1.1研究背景11.1.2研究意义21.2研究方法、思路以及结构安排31.2.1研究方法31.2.2研究思路41.2.3结构安排51.3研究创新72理论基础及文献综述82.1理论基础82.2文献综述95.2模型变量设计与样本数据来源235.2.1
