wererelativelystable.3mlbloodwasadoptedfromelbowveinintheconditionofemptystomachinearlymorning,seperatingtheserumaftercentrifugating.ThenwecomparedthelevelofVEGFinserumamongthethreegroupsusingELISA.(2)Alldatawerepresentedasmean±standarddeviation.AstatisticalsignificancewasconsideredforP0.05.StatisticalevaluationwasdoneusingSPSS13.0statisticalanalysissoftware.Byhomogeneitytestofvariance,thedataofcontinuousvariableswasanalyzedusingANOVAifhomogeneityofvarianceorusingDunnettT3ifheterogeneityofvariance;thenumerationdatawasanalyzedusingchi-square.Results:TheserumcontentofVEGFinMVCIpatientswas5.31±11.49ng/ml,comparingwiththecontrols([（24.45±22.96）ng/ml]),thedifferentiationwasstisticallysignificant(P=0.001);TheserumcontentofVEGFinVDpatientswas9.00±15.66ng/ml,comparingwiththecontrols([（24.45±22.96）ng/ml]),thedifferentiationwasstisticallysignificant(P=0.011);therewasnostisticalsignificancebetweenMVCIandVD(P=0.648);thecoefficientcorrelationbetweenVEGFandagewas-0.029,P=0.785,therewasnostisticalsignificance;MMSEscores:MVCI:22.43±2.90,VD:11.55±5.38,controls:27.70±2.94,therewasstisticalsignificanceamonganytwoofthethree(P0.001);theage,sexandculturedegreewerenotdramaticallysignificantamongthethreegroups.Conclusion:ThelevelofVEGFinserumofVCIlowerthanthatofcontrolsshowedthatthedecreaseofVEGFhadcorrelationwiththegenesisanddevelopmentofVCI;thedeferentiationofVEGFhadnostisticalsignificancebetweenMVCIandVD.ThisshowedthatthelevelofVEGFhadnodramaticcorrelationwiththedegreeofVCI;andthelevelofVEGFhadnoobviouscorrelationwithage;theMMSEscoreswasthehighestincontrolgroup,andwasthelowestinVDgroup.ThisshowedthattheMMSEscoresweredecreasingastheVCIbecomemoreandmoreserious.TheaboveconclusionsprovidedtheoryaccordanceformechanismofgenesisanddevelopmentofVCIandusingectogenesisVEGFtocureVCI.KeyWords:vascularcognitiveimpairment;vascularendothelialgrowthfactor;serum;ELISA河北医科大学学位论文使用授权及知识产权归属承诺本学位论文在导师（或指导小组）的指导下，由本人独立完成。本学位论文研究所获的研究成果，其知识产权归河北医科大学所有。河北医科大学有权对本学位论文进行交流、公开和使用。凡发表与学位论文相关的论文，第一署名单位为河北医科大学，试验材料
