基因患者的1.876倍（OR=1.876，95%CI：1.259～2.795），携带C等位基因的糖尿病肾病患者血清IL-18水平显著高于不携带者〔(77.30±25.33)pg/ml比(65.28±22.16)pg/mlP0.05〕。结论：我国广西桂北地区汉族人群之中存在着IL-18-137C/G和-607C/A单核昔酸多态性，其中IL-18基因-137G/C位点的多态现象与糖尿病肾病具有相一定的相关，C等位基因有可能是糖尿病肾病的遗传易感基因；C等位基因的个体携带者可能通过刺激IL-18的高度表达来增加糖尿病肾病的患病机会。关键词：白细胞介素-18；基因多态性（SNP）；2型糖尿病；糖尿病肾病Theserumlevelandthegenotypeofinterleukin-18inpatientswithtype2diabeticnephropathyABSTRACTObjective:Tostudytherelationshiptheallelefrequenciesandgenotypedistributionofinterleukin-18(IL-18)genepolymorphismpatientswithintype2diabetesmellitusanddiabeticnephropathy(DN)，AndtoanalyzeassociationtheserumlevelsandgenotypeofIL-18withtype2diabeticnephropathy.Methods:ThepolymorphismsofIL-18gene,includingpolymorphismsofIL-18genepromoter-137G/Cand-607C/Awereanalyzedbythepolymerasechainreaction-restrictionfragmentlengthpolymorphism(PCR-RFLP)methodin360patientswithtype2diabetesmellitusand180healthycontrols,andtheserumlevelofIL-18wasdeterminedbyenzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay(ELISA).AutomatedBiochemicalAnalyzerwasusedtomeasuretheserumtotalcholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),highdensitylipoproteincholesterol(HDL-C),lowdensitylipoproteincholesterol(LDL-C),apolipoproteinAI(apoAI)andapolipoproteinB(apoB).fastingplasmaglucose(FPG),weremeasured.Results:(1)IL-18gene-137C/GpolymorphismCC,GC,GGgenotypeswasinHanspopulationofGuangxi-guibei，thefrequencyofIL-18GGgenotypewasthehighestamongIL-18genotypes(74.4.7%)，GC+GGgenotype(25.6%)，andthesegenepolymorphismshadnodifferencebetweenmaleandfemale(P?0.05).IL-18gene-607C/ApolymorphismCC,GA,AAgenotypeswasinHanspopulationofGuangxi-guibei，thefrequencyofIL-18CAgenotypewasthehighestamongIL-18genotypes(51.9%)，GC+GGgenotype(48.1%)，andthesegenepolymorphismshadnodifferencebetweenmaleandfemale(P?0.05).(2)ThediabeticnephropathygroupshowedsignificantlyhigherserumlevelsofIL-18thancontrolgroup(P0.01).(3)ThedistributionsofIL-18gene-607C/Apolymorphismwasnotdifferentbetweentype2diabeticnephropathygroupandcontrolgroup,buttheIL-18gene-137G/Cpolymorphismwassignificantlydifferent.T
