AbstractSatelliteradaraltimeterisanimportanttoolforreal-timemonitoringoftheocean.Sofar,theworldhaslaunchedanumberofcountriescarryingradaraltimetersatellites.Spaceborneradaraltimetermeasurementsofhigh-weatherandall-time,worldwidedetectioncapability,timemonitoringandobservationofthemarineenvironment,includingavarietyofmarinepowertoobtainsignificantwaveheightvaluesofenvironmentalparameters,windspeed,seasurfacetemperature,anddirectlytodisasterearlywarningandforecastingofseastateprovidesreal-timemonitoringdata;formarineenvironmentalprotection,marineresourcesdevelopment,marinedisasterpreventionandmitigation,marinescientificresearchandnationaldefenseconstructionandothersupportservicestoprovideauthoritative.Basedonthesefactors,ChinahasalsolaunchedHY-2satellitein2011.ThroughthedeepstudyoftheHY-2(No.ocean2)satelliteworks,theerrorinallaspectsofourspaceborneradaraltimeteraltimetermayexistwithin-depthunderstanding.ThisarticlefocusedondatafromtheNationalOceanicOffshoreCentersforEnvironmentalPredictionprovidedbytheprocessofthealtimetersignaldelayerrorsechowaveformcorrectionfactorsandtheionosphereandgivestheanalysisandresearch.First,calculatetheheightoftheoceansealevel,accordingtotheexistingmodelfortrackingandanalysisofspaceborneradaraltimeterechowaveformstoidentifythevariousfactorsaffectingtheechowaveform,theuseofregressionanalysisandcross-algorithmderiveddiscretepointscrosspointsatellitetrajectory,andthecorrespondingcalibration;secondly,usingseveralinterpolationalgorithmoneachcrosspointsignificantwaveheight,oceanwindspeedandsealevel,thedifferencebetweentheresultsoftheanalysistocomparedifferentmethodsofoptimaldifferencemethod;finalfordatafromtheNationalOceanicOffshoreCentersforEnvironmentalPredictionprovidedanalyzesoftheionosphericdelayerror,comparedtotheseveralknownionosphericmodelwithitsowndual-correctioneffects,theresultsshowthatthebestGIMmodelcorrectionsandsuggestionsindoublefrequencycorrectioneffectisnottheidealplacefortheuseofGIMmodelcorrections.Inaddition,thispaperanalyzest
