摘要目前对于单层压型钢板的受力蒙皮作用，已经能够进行一定精度的定量计算，并在欧美不少国家得到了应用。随着机械制造以及数控模具技术的飞速发展，一些360°咬合型压型钢板由于在实际工程中具有极佳的防水效果而开始被大量应用于屋面系统，造成采用自攻螺钉连接的压型钢板的应用逐步减少，后者的受力蒙皮研究成果也就不再适用，因而有必要对新型的咬合型压型钢板受力蒙皮组合体进行试验与研究，以便更加了解该种结构的实际工作性能,以期为结构工程师今后的设计和研究提供一些帮助和参考。在总结了前人对单层压型钢板受力蒙皮组合体研究的基础上，本文借鉴了一些国内外针对蒙皮体的研究思路和试验方法，对目前国内广泛使用的由HV-490B型压型钢板组成的受力蒙皮体的连接件以及整体试件进行了抗剪试验，后期采用大型有限元分析软件——Ansys进行模拟加载计算，并对两者的数据结果作了分析比较。试验内容和分析主要分为以下几个部分：（1）通过对360°咬合型压型钢板受力蒙皮体一定数量的连接试件的试验操作以及数据分析，对支架连接点处影响蒙皮受力性能的各项参数、破坏模式和极限承载力的计算方法和刚度取值范围进行研究，验证支架连接点极限承载力和刚度的计算方法。（2）通过对360°咬合型压型钢板受力蒙皮体的制作与整体试验，将试验结果与角驰Ⅲ型（HV-75-380）压型板蒙皮体面内抗剪性能进行比较，拟得到此种板型受力蒙皮体系极限承载力的确定方法。（3）在连接性能试验和整体试验的数据基础上，利用有限元分析软件Ansys对蒙皮组合体进行模拟加载计算，对其抗剪强度、抗剪刚度及变形能力进行预估与分析，将实测值和理论分析结果进行对比。关键词：受力蒙皮作用，防水性能，360°咬合连接，抗剪强度，有限元分析ABSTRACTInrecentyears,singlepanelsstressedskindiaphragmsmayhaveacertaindegreeofquantitativecalculation,whichhasbeenappliedinsomeEuropeancountries.WiththerapiddevelopmentofthemachinerymanufacturingandCNCtoolingtechnology,someBite-Typesheetby360degreeshasbeenwidelyappliedinRoof-systemsforitsexcellentwaterproofingeffectinthepracticalengineering,andthishasreducedtheapplicationofthepanelusingprofiledsheetsconnectedbytheself-tappingscrews,andresearchonthelatterarenolongersuitablefortheapplication.SotheexperimentandresearchonthisnewtypeofBite-Typestressedskindiaphragmsarenecessary,whichisonpurposeofreflectingthetrueworkingstatementonthestructuresandprovidingsomehelpandreferencetothestructuralengineersduringtheirdesignandresearch.Onthebaseofsummarizingtheresearchonthesinglepanelsstressedskindiaphragmsmadebypreviousresearchers,someinternationalexperimentmethodandresearchassociatedwiththestressedskindiaphragmsarereferencedinthisarticle.Thesheartestarecarriedoutontheconnectorsofthediaphragmsconsistof“HV-490B”typeprofiledsheetappliedwidelyinthedemesticengineeringandthewholespecimen.Laterinthisarticle,themajarfiniteelementanalysissoftware-Ansysisusedtosimulateandcalculatewithrespecttothestressedskindiaphragms,bothwiththedataandresultsanalyzedandcompared.Thecontentoft
