HPVDNATESTCOMBINEDWITHLIQUIDBASEDCYTOLOGYTESTINSCREENINGOFCERVICALPRECANCEROUSLESIONSABSTRACTObjectives:Cervicalcanceristheleadingcauseofthecancer-realateddeathoffemaleworldwide,withanestimated5,000,000casesoccurringannuallyanda50%casemortalityrate.recentyears,TheStudiesonEpidemiologydatashowsthatContinuouslyHPVinfectionhasinevitableconnectionwithcervicalcancer.especially,high–risktypesofHPVincreasetheriskofbecomingprecancerouslesionsorcervicalcancer.TheproposeofthisreaserchistoinvestigatethatwhethertheHPVDNAtestcombinedwithliquidbasedcytologytestinscreeningofcervicalprecancerouslesionbetterthanonlyuseeithertheHPVDNAtestortheliquidbasedcytologytest,andtostudytheclinicalsignificanceofusingHPVDNAtestcombinedwithliquidbasedcytologytestinscreeningofcervicalprecancerouslesion,sothatcervicalcancercanbefoundinearlystage.ThedifferenceHPVinfectionratesbetweenasymptomaticandsymptomaticpeoplewhohaveHPVinfectionsandagedistributioninthesewomencanalsobestudied.Method:OurreaserchcollectclinicaldatasfromwomenwhovisitShanghai6thhospitalfromAugust2008toFebruary2009.WomenwhohavesymptomstovisitgynecologyoutpatientdepartmentaredevidedintoGroupA,asymptomaticwomenaredevidedintoGroupB.Uterinecervixspecimenswerecollectedbygynecologists.ThesesampleswillbeperformedwithHPVDNAtestcombinedwithliquidbasedcytologytestandthestatisticanalysiswilluseSPSSv15.0.TCTtestusethetechniqueofthinpepcompanyofAmerican,HPVDNAuseFQ-PCRtechniquewhichcandistinguishthesubtypeofHPV.ToimprovethatuseHPVDNAtestcombinedwithliquidbasedcytologytestinscreeningofcervicalprecancerouslesionbetterthanonlyuseeithertheHPVDNAtestortheliquidbasedcytologytest.Moreover,theviralloadisrelatedwiththeriskofoccurrenceofcervicalcancer.Theoccurrenceoffoundprecancerouslesionscanincrease.Result：106of463casesaredetectedbyHPVDNAtestingynecologyoutpatientdepartment,357ofthesecasesarenegative,thepositiverateis23.39%.amongthen,54casesareinfectedofsingleHPVsubtype,however,37casesaretwosubtypesinfectedand15casesareinfectedbymultiplexHPVsubtypes.39of
