II II 目录 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of the telecom industry, the carriers compete more and more intensely. Telecommunications competition among telecom operators is no longer simply a manifestation of the price. The quality of customer service and the increase of customer satisfaction have become the key factor of success for telecommunications and enterprise development. In addition to the software requirements such as the service attitude, the business skills, the telecom companies also strongly depend on all types of hardware for mobile business support system, to improve their service quality. The Alcatel Home Location Register X.25 Forward Server（XFS） researched in this paper is an important component of the System. The current system of XFS processes work sheets slowly, which leads to the accumulation of the sheets and influences the quality of service. Based on the status of XFS and combined with the batch function of new version of Home Location Register, a design solution to improve the system performance of the XFS is given in this paper, and the ways of study and realization of the system is fully discussed. The performance improvement of the XFS targets for many. Such as to build a high-speed, stable channel for data-processing between the BOSS system and the HLR, to decrease the accumulation of the work sheets and to establish the HLR platform of the user data analysis to improve the system performance. Here the upgrade design of XFS is made up of three functions, which include the batch process of work sheets, the simulation data process of Home Location Register and the user data analysis of Home Location Register. The upgrade system of XFS designed according to the solution referred here has been adopted in some areas of Zhejiang Mobile, which produces the advancement of data processing, eliminates the overstock of work sheets and the platform of user data management is running smoothly.
